We hired Custom Kitchen Refacers to reface our cabinets after receiving quotes from several other contractors. Their price was competitive; they were happy to install a backsplash, as well; and custom designed, built and installed a lovely industrial pipe and wood table and shelves. All along, Svetlana and Alex took great care to ensure we were happy throughout the process, and never rushed our decisions, even if we rushed them! I am not normally anyone s cheerleader, but quality workmanship, great customer service at a good price is hard to find in DC.

I worked with Sveta and Alex on my bathroom remodeling project and I absolutely loved their service! Very professional people, first of all my project was completed in discussed time frame, as you may know it not always the case with remodeling:) Sveta was awesome, she helped me to pick the tile for the accent wall advised on paint color which is going to go well with this fairly complex tile patter and accessories and light fixture to complete this modern chic look of my bathroom with freestanding bathtub as the center piece ! Love it ! Sveta has a great sense of style as well as technical knowledge and Alex completes quality work on time! Highly recommend!

1. QUALITY OF WORK Custom Kitchen Refacers turned my kitchen into A KITCHEN OF MY DREAMS! Their work on refacing my cabinets is outstanding. - I can assure you these guys have skills and experience. Signature craftsmanship, â no cutting cornersâ & meticulous attention to details turned my slightly tired kitchen into a room I WANT to use every day. - Quality of the materials they use is outstanding. These guys are quite knowledgeable. They did actually take time to explain all the nuances to make sure I was happy with the final result (and believe me I asked a lot of questions). They are well aware of all the new stuff on the fast changing home improvement market. They recommended me stylish yet durable materials â quite a necessity for a family with three puppies (one is non stop drooling all over the cabinets English mastiff, the other one non stop chewing the cabinets German shepherd, the third one is a tiny Chihuahua but he does not hurt the cabinets on a daily basis though) - Professional approach and customer service. They did actually show up on the days we agreed upon â if youâ ve ever done a renovation you know what I am talking about. Even though I chose a path of substantial savings â refacing, not complete remodel, Custom Kitchen Refacers got me interested on an initial estimate which was almost twice less than two other companies I was negotiating with at the time. The biggest surprise was yet to come - they did NOT actually exceed the estimate! The pricing is absolutely reasonable - given the quality materials and meticulous work. I myself will surely use their services in the future â once I am financially ready to take care of my bathrooms. And I highly recommend you this great company.
