Poorly. At the beginning I had a two person team which was very good. But months later when that team was no longer with the company, I tried two different teams. Both were terrible cleaners. The house did not look neat after they left and the actual cleaning was fair. I now use one person who is self employed and she does a fabulous job. Having her made me realize even more that Merry Maids were not cleeaning my home well.

I called for an rough estimate (an actual estimate would require them visiting my home). Our home is a neatly kept, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. Their estimate was almost double what I was able to find elsewhere and included less services. While they were very professional and nice over the phone, their pricing seems quite high.

They are punctual, they are extremely thorough. Both times I used them, they had a supervisor come by to follow up and ask me about my experience. It was a remarkable experience.
