+ -1 moreThere was a mix-up in the initial scheduling because they failed to record apt time and date; however, it was rescheduled, the service reps came, analyzed the problem and fixed it. They were very professional at all times - from arrival until job completion. This company was assigned through American Home Shield, so I only had to pay the $100 service fee.
Description of Work: Replaced pump on a leaking washing machine.

+ -1 moreThe provider did a cursory inspection of the washer and left without actually checking to see if the spin cycle would run, incorrectly determining that everything was fine. He missed the problem and now we have to call someone else. We had 100% exactly the same experience with GM on the same washer one year ago, and would never have called them back if our insurance didn't mandate it. They are not thorough and do not listen to basic information (i.e. and quot;yeah, I know it works now, but it stops running if there are clothes inside.and quot; Don't call GM if you have a complicated problem.
Description of Work: The provider came to fix a washer that won't complete its spin cycle.

+ -1 moreThe technician worked pretty efficiently, so there isn't much detail to share. He came in, did the job and was gone in all of 30 minutes.
Description of Work: My home warranty service set my appointment up. The technician called ahead of time to make sure I was available first. When he arrived he was pleasant. He fixed my machine, told me what the problem was, collected payment and my washing machine has been working like brand new ever since. This was a month ago.
