Centric Sub-Zero Repair

Adrian from Centric Sub-Zero is an amazing repairman who did a fantastic job identifying, analyzing and fixing a freezer leak problem. He responded immediately to our inquiry on his website, suggesting (at no cost) steps we should take which could avoid a service call. When that didn't fix the problem, he quickly scheduled a visit. With forensic analysis worthy of a CSI episode, he traced the problem all the way back to an unrelated and unexpected source. He took extra steps to make sure every part was working perfectly. We haven't had any problems since. We rarely have worked with someone so knowledgeable, professional, competent, thorough, experienced, prepared and enthusiastic. He instills confidence. Adrian clearly cares about fixing Sub-Zeros, providing top flight service, and loves his job. Based on this experience, we recommend him enthusiastically.

Had been using the same repairperson for years, and he recently retired. This may have been a blessing in disguise. My freeze broke and Adrian was at the house about two hours after I called him. He diagnosed the issue (a burnt out switch) and talked me through exactly what he was doing. He also gave me a few valuable maintenance tips. I did not feel overcharged as well. Would definitely call him again.

Adrian has restored my faith in service professionals. Our first quote (not from Centric) to repair our ice maker was $1100. Adrian quoted me $375 for the same work, but upon arrival he diagnosed a different issue which ended up costing us a lot less. He’s a nice guy, very personable and wore a mask. Honestly, it was a pleasure from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier and would give him more than 5 stars if we could.

Wow, Adrian was AWESOME! Apparently my heat defrost element was broken, causing my freezer to malfunction. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and ordered the part immediately. Adrian gave me simple detailed instructions on what to do to have the freezer ready for repair (how to thaw the ice that had collected - otherwise he said he could do it but it would take longer). He came back 2 days later and fixed my freezer in less than 30 min. The bill was very reasonable, and he was prompt, efficient, and professional. I can't believe this wonderful service - I will never call anyone else for my Sub-Zero!

It was a wonderful experience. Adrian responded immediately to my call. In fact he was the only company that actually answered my phone call without a call back request. He was able to do my repair within a couple days and was actually able to come a little earlier than expected. He was able to diagnose my problem very quickly, even though it was a very rare problem. Adrian was available on short notice, knew what the problem might be from my description, had new spare parts on his truck and was done within the hour. His price for this service was reasonable and less that what I paid for similar service to have a GE refrigerator/freezer repaired at another location by another repair service a year earlier and I had to wait a week for the replacement part. Adrian Loughlin, the Centric Sub-Zero repair technician, provided a prompt, professional and quality repair of my 12 year old Sub-Zero refrigerator. The ice maker repair was complicated, requiring a part no longer used in current models. Adrian specializes in the repair of Sub-Zero products and only uses authentic parts. Sub-Zero refrigerators are a substantial investment - I am happy to say mine is working like new again. Thank you, Adrian!

I had the BEST service. Adrian came early in the morning before I had to get to work. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it without missing a beat!!!! He also showed me what to do if the situation happened again. I was nervous that the repair would cost a small fortune....the service price was reasonable and very fair. I never write reviews. Adrian at Centric Sub-Zero repair was a dream come true! A service pro who showed up as promised and exceeded all our expectations! We thought we had a door seal problem and were prepared to spend $$ to replace the gaskets and Adrian took one look and figured out we had a bearing problem that some simple maintenance could fix. And he was absolutely correct. The ice maker repair, the main reason we called, was quickly completed and has work flawless since he repaired. I cannot recommend Adrian and Centric Sub-Zero repair more highly.

My refrigerator had an uncommon problem. Adrian figured it out and had to make a few trips to ensure he had the right parts. He fixed the problem and refused payment until everything was complete. He's also got a very pleasant manner, and our dog liked him as well.

I called Centric Monday morning because my Subzero refrigerator had stopped working over the weekend. I had never used the company before, but had read good reviews on Angie's List so I decided to go with them. I spoke with Adrian, who made it out to my house by around noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken thermometer and within 15-20 minutes had replaced the thermometer and was on his way. Refrigerator works perfectly now. I thought the cost was very reasonable and in line with what I expected to pay for his time and the part.

Adrian spent an hour thoroughly dismantling and diagnosing two failures -- the frig had been losing coolant slowly for years and was struggling to keep food at 50 degrees. The freezer had a serious blow-out while I was away. Very unusual for both to fail together. Partly my fault for failing to regularly clean the condenser. Adrian gave me an estimate, largely for parts, including a couple of optional upgrades to replace a broken tray and faulty ice maker. He explained every detail and walked me through the work he would have to do. No pressure. "You can buy another frig for $4000 or fix this one for about half of that." It is a terrific unit and should last a lifetime. I didn't hesitate to ask Adrian to order the parts. He scheduled a convenient time to quickly repair the unit and I am completely satisfied. No regrets whatsoever! I would recommend Adrian to anyone who has a Sub Zero they want to hang-on to. The older ones, in some respects, are even better than the new ones and well worth repairing.

Certified sub-zero repair technicians are hard to find and Centric Sub-Zero repair is certified and carries sub-zero replacement parts. Service was very professional, timely and price was reasonable. Would highly recommend to others.
