It went great! There were two women who were incredibly thorough in their cleaning and very pleasant. I would absolutely use them again!

This service was recommended on my neighborhood listserv. I have been looking for a good regular cleaning service and so I called two weeks ago to enquire about setting up a cleaning. When I called on 6/18, Osmin told me that they would come on Saturday 6/22 to look at the house and give me an estime. He asked me to send an email with the address and he would get back to me with a time. He did not. Instead, I received an email on 6/25 stating that they could come on 6/29 to see the house. I wrote them back on the same day saying that I had company coming on 7/2 and would be able to meet with them on Saturday so long as they would be able to provide a cleaning on 7/1 or 7/2 in advance of my company coming. Claudia, Osmin's wife, wrote me back that this would be fine. On 6/29, Osmin and Claudia came to my house to tour and see it in order to provide an estimate. We were originally scheduled for 1:00, but they accomodated me changing it to 3:00. I showed them around and was told that they would provide an estimate "in about 45 minutes." I asked them again if they would be able to come on 7/1 and they said yes. I asked when, and they said that they were very busy because of the holiday, but that they thought it would be 10:00 or 11:00. I did not hear from them for the remainder of the weekend. This morning, 7/1, they did nto show up. I called at 11:00 and they said that they were not coming. When I told them that they had said twice that they could do it today, they said that they had told me that last week. They said that they could come "maybe next Monday." When I said that wouldn't work because I had company coming, they said they would come tomorrow between 10:00 and 11:00. Needless to say, I am now angry and stressed. I am picking company up on my way home from work tomorrow and would not have an opportunity to take another look at things tomorrow. I have scheduled another company and will not be using CAOS in the future.
