He would be a ten for me! I would definitely hire them again. They were very well prepared and organized, and very knowledgeable about their product. Its all mold and mildew resistant. They had videos of the process for us to see a sample of their work and how its done. They answered our questions thoroughly, He was very great about giving ideas and recommendations, and they specialize in basements. Their receptionist made me feel so comfortable and reassured that I wasn't going to be scammed. She called an hour before the guy came out. She made sure we felt comfortable and knew what was going on, she had really good communication skills. Make sure if you are taking on a basement remodel or a basement repair project, you hire a basement specialist. They did such a good job and I am so pleased with their work!

It was awesome! Only took 7 days and play room is beautiful. Workers were so respectful and did excellent work.

After several setbacks and coordination issues, our PM finally wrapped up all the loose ends and left us in great shape. The quality of the materials and workmanship are top notch! We are very happy we chose Lux Renovations to hand our basement remodel; worth all the headaches and hardships that come with any renovation work. No regrets. Highly recommend this very professional company.

A great company, well worth the extra money. The work was done a day earlier than expected and less painting then we thought. We also had a national grid run an efficiency test thought out the house and the windows were only 2 degrees cooler than the walls with insulation. Unbelievable work guys!

We were very happy with Lux. They completed all the work per the contract in two weeks. Every time we made a request or a change it was done the next day. Highly recommend.

Extremely fast work. Very professional and great customer service. As a couple others have stated, a couple minor details not there (no 2nd coat of paint, a couple drip marks after painting). Otherwise VERY FAST - Done in 2 weeks after they started. Just make sure that whatever you want is in the original contract in writing. If it's not in writing on that contract you sign you will not get it installed.

The crew that came out was very plesant clean and cosniderate. And, we could immediatly see a big differance with the amout of heat that was not coming in, with the windows upstairs. Everybody has been very impressed.

Workers and boss were great. But salesman needs to work a little on customer service skills.

Very pleased with product. Two guys were very professional and worked long into evening to get project done. And cleaned up after themselves
