"We performed all satisfactory work according to our 15 years experience. The work we performed was: 1. Brick walkways (on top of 10 inch process stone compacted) 2. Build stone walk with onsite mosaic stones of 2x30 4ft 3. rebuild existing stone walk behind her house of 5x10 4. 15 yards of topsoil delivered from Valley Sand and Gravel-yard sale. Spread out around all new walkways. 5. we removed existing concrete steps and rebuilt a new concrete steps. 6. We cleaned and raked all branches from all around the house. Homeowner is complaining the following: Before we ever finished the job and call her to say work completed. She claims we left small tire rut on the lawn. We could have raked that. She complains made hand prints on the siding. We could wash that. She said the topsoil is not topsoil and the work is not level at 100% and the concrete steps don't match the other 100 year old concrete steps. Pay me another $1500 and we are happy. I know you know there is nothing wrong with the work. Luis Rosas-Owner"
