Work was not completed, took 20 minutes, requested payment details upfront and lack of acknowledgement of what he did was horrendous. He tore my furniture.

Extremely very lovely he did a fabulous job for me and My Neighbor. Heâ s a great worker.

Steve was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about cleaning and products. Dis an awesome job.

I give them a high rating because they ticked all the boxes for this job. Customer Service was great, responsive, courteous and flexible. We had moved all the furniture (the hard part, lol) and vacuumed so the cleaning was done in minimal time. I recommended them to my neighbor.

Excellent experience. I was contacted quickly, an estimate was given and the job completed all within 1 week. I had my wall to wall carpeting cleaned on the main level as well as in the basement, and 5 pieces of fabric furniture. They did a beautiful job.

Make sure totally understand what is Included in the price because it changes when he arrives. And record it. Charged me 40.00 just to move 3 pieces of furniture ( love seat, two chairs) which a child could move. When I offered to do it my self, told Id be in the way.

I have mixed reactions. They responded quickly to my need to have upholstery cleaned- one couch and two large and one small recliners. They did a very nice job on the furniture. Easily a 4-5 star rating. My reasons for lower total and a "maybe" for recommending them is a lot of water was on my hardwood floors and not enough attention given to cleaning it all up-leaving stains on the wood that I finally had to hire someone to help with the floors. If I had carpets cleaned or wall to wall carpets maybe it would have been different. So if you have hardwood floors, maybe I'd pass on this company
