I have to say I have a old slate mud job floor steve and nick came out to pressure wash it and strip he did a fantastic job my floor had multiple layers of poly and was just a mess! They cleaned it the best they could and I sealed it myself and it looks great for a 50 year old floor the price was very reasonable! Thanks guys! Even showed up early

They did a good job. I only wish that they were more realistic about drying time. Rugs took much longer to drive than the 4-5 hours they quoted-but then I was pretty sure that it would take longer. I definitely would recommend them in all other respects.

Absolutely horrible! Worse possible experience! The owner tried to "bait and switch" us by trying to charge more than he had quoted at our initial phone call. When we told him to honor his quote, he grudgingly went through the motion and ended up leaving the rug even dirtier and absolutely soaking wet! My husband had to immediately rent a shampoo machine and spent the afternoon extracting the buckets of filthy water Sunshine Carpets Cleaners had left. Very disappointed at HomeAdvisors.com for recommending this firm.

My estimate request was immediately responded to. I hired him right on the spot after speaking with Steve. I was so impressed with the carpet cleaning job Sunshine Carpet Cleaning, LLC did for us. A great job at a great price! Professional and personable you will be happy you hired them. Steve was great, he was flexible when I needed change the date of the carpet cleaning at the last minute. He came in the his special power cleaning truck, he was able to do a real deep steam cleaning job. It came out AMAZING! Steve brought Nick with him. He was a pleasure to work with as well. I watched him from the kitchen while washing the dishes he took the time and worked very hard on the dining room and living room. Lots of stains in the dining room. First house I ever lived in with carpet in the dining room. A stain magnet with children! I was surprised to see how great the stains came out. I was leaving this home it was a rental so I wanted to leave it clean. We had lived there for 7 full years, until I found my dream home. I love my Landlord (the best we ever had) I felt so bad leaving him. Some friends of mine have always liked my house and asked me to talk to my Landlord because they would want to move in! It all worked out. They too were amazed by the carpets and could not believe how great they came out! I left the magnet for Sunshine Carpet Cleaning, LLC that Steve gave me on the fridge for them. I am sure they will use them again and even recommend them to friends. I already have plans on hiring them again to come to do the carpet in the master bedroom, it is the only room in our home with carpet. They arrived on time, were professional & got right to work & completed the cleaning of a couch, chaise lounge & area rug within an hour. Very thorough job at a reasonable price.

Did not clean rug thoroughly. Did not plan to move furniture, was additional charge. Said rug would dry in 4 to 5 hours, didn't dry until next day, and had to bring in heaters.

Responded to my call within 5 minutes, Was on time at scheduled time.

Called back quickly, was on time, cleaning job was first rate, cared about the job - wasn't just putting in time like the other carpet cleaning service we have used. will use again
