We had a rental apartment that had been destroyed by a dog. Steve did a fantastic job! His equipment is top notch, he's professional and worked on our schedule with very little notice. The price was amazing! I will definitely call again...Steve saved our carpeting and saved us a lot of money!

The issue was discolored grout. He said acid washing would take care of it. He left while tile & grout were still wet so we were unable to tell if it had worked. 80% was cleaned, should have been 100%. The darkened grout areas that I was concerned about in my shower, still look the same. I was expecting him to pay us a service call the following day to inquire as to the results. Since that call never came, I am disappointed and conclude that this service is not professional.

I was very disappointed. Originally I was told it would take 2 12 hours. He was finished in less than 45 minutes. When I pointed out grout that was still discolored, he assured me when the floor dried it would be fine. When the floor dried they were not fine. He had missed several spots. No response to my attempt to email him and get it fixed. I feel that he was just in too great a hurry. Steve did contact me 5 days later and offer to come back and fix whatever I wasn't happy with. He did finish the floor to my satisfaction.

Steve did an excellent job with removing pet stains from my carpet. I would use him again.

Although they were running late for the appointment, they were very courteous and did an excellent job cleaning my area rugs.

It was very good service and they went right to work and got it done. I wish I had known they yo cleaned draped hanging as I would have had my done. Maybe in the Spring and windows too IF THE PRICE IS NOT TOO HIGH! That was the only thing, I thought you were a little on the high side.

I easily found this service on line and the work was completed the same day. Very impressive service as I am 1800 miles away! The service provider was prompt, responsive and reliable. He earned future business from the realtor as well. Great relief to me to get this unit ready in a timely manner.
