They did a good job and the owner was extremely professional and polite. I was very satisfied! It takes a lot to let a stranger into your home and these guys were just great! Highly recommend!

3 small rooms and 12 stairs done in 45 min for 190$. Did not communicate any problems or professional opinion. Disrespectful to family member who greeted them: "you did not hire us". Superficial work - I had to finish myself in depth. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Steve was very professional. I had some stains from an elderly dog. He was able to remove not only the stains but the odor as well! He was fast and very courteous.

Steve & Charlie were not only on time but came a bit early which was fine with me. My carpet looks like a newer carpet. They also took my draperies and had them cleaned for me, and will be bringing them back to tomorrow to hang. Very nice folks to do business with. I would. use them again!

This guy is easy to talk to will spend time to answer or explain all your guestions and concerns. He also advised on drying time and apologized for the inconvenience and the carpet cleaning was done in a short period of time and the improvements were noticed immediately. Not completely pleased with the process.

Did one carpet downstairs TERRIBLE JOB. Told him of my main concerns and he could care less. 1 carpet and 2 small areas of tile Look the same after he was done. Rush to finish and left.$404 Dollars later.Never again.

I asked for steam cleaning of a shower stall in and out in less then a hour and not a clean as it should have been.
