Great service

Great sesrvice. Called within minutes of entering online. Availability was within my time limit. Had 2 couches and rug cleaned. Can faintly see marks left on headrest and footrest on recliner. Both couches & rug took longer to dry than what was indicated. Cleaning solution odor remained for days.

Worked thoroughly and completely. Scrubbed and washed down tile floor very well. Follwed suggestions with no problem. Courteous and pleasant service. Good price for work done.

Appt was scheduled for 10:00m but he arrived at 9:00am and we weren't quiete ready yet.

I received what I thought was a reasonable qoute for what I needed done when I got the quote I specifically asked if he would move the couch I was told he would but once he was done I asked if he moved the couch and he said he doesnt move furniture. I told him he said he would and he insisted he doesnt move furniture. I wasnt expecting miracles but none of the stains on my carpet came out. I was very disappointed for the price I paid I was expecting a little more.

Arrived 15min. ahead of scheduled time. Preped and cleaned 3 bedrooms in less than an hour. I noticed water on the hardwood floor in front of carpeted rooms and had to ask him to wipe it up. Before hiring, I cautioned Sunshine Carpet to be careful not to mar the trim on the doors with his hoses. The trim to the master bedroom was scratched up and he refused to accept responsibility for the damage as he said he would before I hired him. I would not use this company again.

Steve arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning a carpet I thought was going to need replacement. I will hire him again to do other rooms. A bit pricey but he did do a great job!

I am quite pleased. He carries a hypoallergenic rug cleaner, which was very important to me.

Owner called ten minutes before arrival time to postpone service - just forgot, thought I was scheduled for the next day, very tired from the day before. I insisted he come or lose the job. Arrived forty-five minutes later. On phone he agreed to moving furniture. Upon arrival, he changed his story - said he did not move furniture; he he'd clean around each piece. Again I said if he would not do the job as agreed upon, he could leave. He agreed to move the smaller three of six pieces. Edges and corners were poorly done. When completed he attempted to charge twenty $20 more than his quote. He and the job were most unprofessional
