From the beginning he immediately answered all my questions without any hesitation. He was punctual in arriving and did everything he said he was going to do and then some. He also really impressed the real estate agent who was there while he cleaned the carpets.

Steve did a really good job cleaning my 40 year old dining room chairs. He exceeded my expectations. All six chairs came out looking great. Also, the price he charged me for the job was extremely reasonable. I would strongly recommend Steve when it comes to cleaning dining room chairs. .

Steve Kraus of Sunshine Carpet Cleaning did a very good job of cleaning my sectional that I and the furniture movers thought was a lost cause. In storage mice had gotten into it. He knew exactly what to do and he described the process to me in detail. He got 4 of 5 sections clean on the first pass. One section was badly soiled where mice had been breeding for years. Steve sprayed the trouble spots with an enzyme that breaks down animal waste and gave me advice on how to clean it further. He offered to power wash the piece at no additional charge if it still wasn't clean. Steve Kraus is experienced, knowledgeable, punctual and considerate.

I called Steve because I had an emergency situation with a new baby comming. He came right out the same day and quoted me for the job. He was professional, and knowledgable and I felt comfortable with him immediately. The carpet is older and had a lot of stains, but when Steve was done it looked fresh and clean. I would recomend him to anyone and I will definately use him in the future.

Steve called me back right away after requesting service from the Home Advisor site. He explained his 30 day policy as well as the measures he takes to ensure the carpet and sofa would be "cleaned" - not just steamed with someone else's dirty water. He said that it would take about 4 hours to dry and that's what it took. I am very happy with the results.

I was very happy with my experience. Arrived on time, was extremely thorough and accommodating, and my couch and rugs look great. It took much longer to dry than expected - my couch and 1 rug took over 24 hours - but well worth it!

This is the first cleaning I have had in my Condo and I am very pleased with Sunshine Carpet Cleaning service. The carpet looks like new. Since I live on the 3rd floor there was alot more work involved just to get the hoses up to my Condo. It smells so nice and fresh too. Steve was very polite and professional.
