he was on time and explanied what he was duing, he went right to work did not stop untill he finished cleaned up and moved everything back where it was and explaned the longer we could stay off the better to let it dry and it would lighten up.

he was very accommodating even moving some pieces that I couldn't...also said if there was any thing that looked like it needed extra he said just call him and he would come back.

If you have Stainless Steel appliances as I do, the wash that is put on the tile, splashed up onto the appliances and stained all of them, I was not advised this was happening when Steve cleaned. I am still trying to clean it off. I would not advise anyone with stainless steel appliances to have the cleaning of tiles this way. The old adage applies here: " you get what you pay for"

Steve was professional throughout the process of booking and completing the job and his price was reasonable. I was satisfired with the overall job. The carpets took 24 hours to dry and it was not possible to remove dust lines given the light carpet color.

Steve was extremely responsive, got the job done quickly and even sent me completion photos, I am going to use him for all my future jobs in the area!
