He was fast, neat and professional. Some of the grout is still different shades, but I believe that is bad work done by the installers, not by Sunshine, since I've had this problem since shortly after the install.

Rapid response to inquiry. Able to do the job the next day. Steve indicated he would call 30 mom before appointment...and he was able to come 1 hr earlier!

I've invited Sunshine Carpet Cleaning to come back and clean three more carpets, a rug, and another couch and chair. Based on the first job (a couch and carpet) I'm confident I will be happy with the result.

He arrived on time, and did the work efficiently. His price was very reasonable and much better than the quote from Stanley Steamer.

It is not good business to give a quote and then go back on your quote and state there is more work then initially understood. The price was raised due to a couple of extra throw pillows on a sofa. Would not use his service again and would be very cautious about his pricing policies if you were to hire him.

Steve Kraus, the President, performed this service himself, was most friendly, courteous and professional, and we'd highly recommend the use of his services.

Steve was a pleasure to deal with. Knew his business, took care of business and I now have a very clean sectional!
