My request was responded to immediately, an appointment was made that worked with my schedule, he arrived on time, was professional but made a few comments about how many pillows were on the sectional (which I think is a question that should have been asked before arriving). With that said, the charge remained the same but I felt he didn't put a lot of effort into cleaning the pillows.

Steve the owner was straightforward and professional. He asked how many rooms I needed cleaned, gave me the quote, showed up when he said he would, conferred with me prior to cleaning (my apartment was empty, I had moved out) and did a great job getting the carpets clean as he said he would.
