I wanted to preserve the wood siding on my house. Unfortunately a large percentage was rotted. Challenger's crew are experts at replacing the wood siding. They also found rot behind the siding so 2x4's and plywood needed to be replaced. This was all taken care of while they continued to paint the unaffected areas of the house. Of course this added to my quote, however I deemed it very reasonable.

Over the last 43 years I have built three homes to live in. Thus, I have had a great deal of experience with contractors. Leandro, the owner of Challenger Construction, has been the best contractor to work with. Why is he the best? First and foremost he is fair and honest. He always did what he said he would do. Second, he and his Crew are highly skilled and reliable. The Crew, Joel and Paully, always arrived as promised with a attitude to work at the same high skill level from the beginning to the end of the work day. Third, the Crew worked tirelessly from early morning (8:15 am) to early evening (7:30 pm). Day in and day out. And while working, they created a professional atmosphere that was free of drama. Leandro was always available and frequently checked in to help keep the work progressing. Truly â hands onâ supervision. At the end of every day, before leaving, the Crew would clean the site and move the materials and equipment to a out of the way area. By doing this we didnâ t feel like we were living on a construction site for the month plus it took to complete the project. Leandro had a great painter Alex come power wash and stain our hime and deck. They were very efficient and neat. I would consider this company for future jobs we need done on our home.

I am very pleased with their work. They are professional, cleaned up daily and even done a few extras. They started the job on Monday and was all done by early Friday. My home is looking clean and beautiful. I will certainly recommend challenge.

Leandro and his crew were very nice to interact with and did thorough, careful work that also looked great. This goes both for the carpentry work they did on 2 sets of stairs and the painting of our house and shed. Also at no extra charge they gave me a nice surprise- they painted my railings and repaired my wooden gate. They showed up every day, worked long hours, did not waste time, and were sensitive to any picky requests I made. I couldn't ask for a more capable, pleasant crew to work on our house. I highly and without reservation recommend Challenger Construction.

I am getting ready to sell my home. As with any home with natural trim and siding combined with New England weather, it needed some work. I did not want a "patch job" , I wanted it done right. All of the trim that needed repair was replaced with wood, primed and given two coats of good paint (brushed on not sprayed). The house looks amazing. The two men on the job could not have been nicer and two of the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Leandro cuts no corners with his work and gives you what he promised.

I had Challenger paint the exterior and interior of my home. From initial quote through project completion I was very satisfied with the customer service and work quality. The prices quoted were very reasonable. Leandro and his team were very professional and responsive to questions that I had throughout the process. There were no cut corners and the preparation and paint application were very thorough. I would highly recommend Challenger and plan to use them for my future people painting needs.

I got a bunch of estimates, this company was very competitive on price, and did an amazing job on my home. Painted the entire outside of my house, including my deck, on which they also repaired all the roting deck boards and anything else that was needed to repair things before painting, which was very much appreciated. All recommendations by owner were taken and worked out perfectly. The employees that did the work were courteous and thoughtful. Left nothing behind for me to clean or take care of. Well Done! Challenger construction painted my 1850 Victorian Home and did a great job. The home had a fair amount of rotted wood which needed to be replaced before it was painted. The crew replicated the ornate detail of the 1850’s wood work. The job was completed on time. These guys worked extremely hard.

Leandro gave us a great price, and the work was excellent. Full power washing of our house, deck, and pool area. After that they painted our house very quickly and at high quality, fixing boards and rotted wood along the way.
