After days of uncertainty and frustration, including 3 separate plumber-visits, Chad from RotoRooter arrived on a Saturday night and assured me all would be well in no time at all. And indeed, in practically ‘no time at all’ our main line clog was only a bad memory. Then, he insisted on putting everything in the room back in its place, cleaned the toilet and even the floor !! Stunning.

Description of Work: Couldnt fix our issue still charged 300 for doing nothing but snaking the drain and that had nothing to do with the problem!! But he was a nice guy who arrived in a timely fashion!!

Description of Work: Clean out kitchen sink drain all the way out to the supply line. Replace toilet seal, water supply line and valve in bathroom. Price was much higher than I expected. $209.00 per hour of work seems a bit excessive.

Description of Work: toilet was clogged. was not sure if frozen pipe or regular clog. price quoted was $200 if just had to snake toilet.if that didn't work and they had to snake farther, it would cost an additional $600 or more. | |individual was very nice and the service responded within a day but the cost seems to be more than a normal plumbing service.

Description of Work: I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. He charged me for something I was told shouldn’t cost me more than $200 and they charged me $800. What a rip-off.
