Over 25 years of experience in the construction field, we can provide you with a 3D computer design of your project before you begin construction. Insurance Related Reconstruction - will negotiation and manage your claim with your insurance company so that you will not incur out-of-pocket expenses beyond your deductible. We are known for completing complex and/or specialty projects.

I hired Tom from Grandview Homes to do a wall demo then finish stairway/opening with install of new rail, spindles and newel post and finish trim work to tie in both rooms. Tom was great to communicate with. His team produced high quality work. I highly recommend Grandview Homes for a home project and I would definitely hire again for any future projects.

We used Grandview Homes 3 times for work on a house that we recently purchased and Tom was very helpful in identifying best plan of action and sharing honest opinions. Anytime there were adjustments that needed to be made after work was completed he coordinated the follow-up within 24 hours. All of the people that worked on the house were very professional and friendly, and all took proper sanitizing pre-cautions during and after work. Price seemed fair based on our expectations. Would definitely reccomend Grandview Homes in the future.

I highly recommend Grandview Homes, an A+ organization! Very pleased with the finished product. Work was done quickly, timely and workers left the area clean and neat each day when they wrapped up before they went home. The two Toms are a pleasure to work with. They turned my storage are into an outstanding Art/Game Room. Amazing transition!

From the big things (high quality work - completed EARLY!) to the small things (thoughtfully leaving a step stool under high windows I had to close at night after ventilating the room), the entire experience with Tom Pellicano and our project manager Tom Pelletier was excellent. They were the highest bid on the project, but they were referred to me by a neighbor and the trust, professionalism and quality were worth every cent. I have already referred Tom to 2 other people. Highly recommend!

Completed a finished basement ` 900 square feet with bathroom, playroom, man cave, water closet and storage areas. Great design. Quality workmanship from subs.
