Careless and left job site riddled with significant number of nails and general debris. The large nails have potential as a projectile if tangled with lawn equipment and causing severe, painful injuries. Not to mention damage to the equipment. The number of smaller nails were significant and poses a safety risk when trying to enjoy the yard. The manager should do a better job at quality control to see that the job site has thoroughly been cleaned as promised.

I highly recommend Connecticut Masonry & Waterproofing. The company owner, Henry, is very professional and was always on time for appointments. In addition, he was on-site for the installation of the roof, and his entire staff did an excellent job.

I liked the way every detail we had discussed was itemized in the contract. Henry, the owner, was always polite, answered my questions and assured me that my concerns would be met. They showed up at 7:30 am, like they said they would, and finished the roofing in one day, doing an excellent cleanup job,too. The next day they put up screened gutters and downspouts. I decided to order it with screening because the screening cost will be recouped in 2 or 3 years by not hiring someone to clean the gutters. I interviewed five people and choose this company because they had a 5 star rating, their price was a great value for what they did and I interviewed the owner, Henry, not a salesperson, and he seemed very sincere in listening to and addressing my concerns.

Henry was quick to respond to my request. He went to look at he project within the week, and quickly send me a quote. The price was very reasonable, and the quote had a lot of detail. I was able to compare it line for line with other quotes. He did a fantastic job, and cleaned up very well. He was very polite and stayed in contact through out the project by sending pictures. He even worked on Sunday so he could get the job done. He was very fast. There were no surprises. We are very happy and plan to use him again, if the need arises.

This company was very professional and demonstrated excellent skills. Xavier was point person for the project and communicated status (including multiple visits) to me regularly. I knew throughout the project what work would be scheduled next. Henry was the evaluator and informed me clearly of any work options. Their team ultimately completed a fairly challenging project. I recommend them highly and will contract with them in the future.

It was a pleasure. Mr. Xavier Martinez was very sincere and effective. His foreman, William and his crew are hardworking and business-like.It was a pretty big job; stripping the old roofing down to the rafters and installing new plywood sheathing and high quality architectural shingles. They also repaired a great deal of damage to the soffits and facia caused by invading squirrels. It now looks beautiful and secure. We are very pleased!

Mr Guzman was a delight to communicate with, thorough and knowledgeable at explaining what was needed. We were getting moisture in the front wall of our house that was not solved by a patching job done by another roofer. We had a new roof and new gutters installed plus chimney pointing and a cricket installed behind the chimney. The roof looks beautiful and we now have copper flashing around the chimney. Quality was excellent! Neighbors are already asking me for Mr Guzman s contact info!!!! The team was hard working and very polite and worked together very well. They left the property cleaner than it was before they came! Two workers even waited after everyone else had left for me to get paint with which they then touched up our shingles! Couldn t be more pleased! Highly recommend them!!!!

The roof looks fantastic with new copper flashing and the crew cleaned up absolutely everything.
