They addressed it temporarily, gave me a cost of what the repairs would be in the best quality material. When we approved the repairs, they showed up with a crew as they said they would at the time and day they said. CT Masonry & Waterproofing recently replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts. They also re-pointed our chimney. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. Henry listened to our concerns about poor ventilation in our attic and he was very knowledgeable about how to resolve the problem. All of the company���s employees working on our house were friendly and polite. They checked with us to be sure certain details were the way we wanted. When they were finished with the job, they left our property clean. This has been by far our best experience ever in dealing with a contractor and we will be using them for other projects at our home.

I received several estimates from HomeAdvisor recommeded roofers. We chose CT Masonry because they were very professional and had an estimate done in a timely manner. The roof looks great and the site was completely clean when the workers departed. Henry sent me a photo of the work as I was not at home that day. I would definitely work with company again in the future.

Henry is very prompt in answering any of your questions. He came out the next day and provided me with a very detailed quote. Not only that, but he was the lowest price of all five who provided quotes. Henry and his men were very prompt on the big roofing day. They were all friendly and professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. They used quality materials and did an impeccable job cleaning up the mess afterwards. I feel Henry was honest from the start with the project, He told me what I needed to do and what he was going to perform. They work well as a team, they are clean and efficient, did exactly what they said they would do and gave a time frame and followed through. The clean up was really good I was more than happy with not having to go behind them to point things out, Was really impressed because they sent pictures as I was at work while they were working on the job updating me with the status of the job and when I got home it looked really good like the pictures showed. He is willing to work with you on getting the things needed for the project for example a dumpster. He was good with delivering knowledge after the finish look and respected my home by asking if it was it was ok to park in drive way or place things on my yard.

They were very punctual, cleaned up, they finished the job in the time they said they would. Everything is perfect.
