From our first meeting with Henry, when he came out to give us a quote on installing a new attic fan, through our last interaction when he came out to make sure all the work was finished to our satisfaction, we were impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and integrity. Henry reminded us that we really needed to replace our 30-year-old roof, which we'd been thinking about, and gave us a quote for the new roof with a new gutter system that he highly recommended. After comparing his quote with others, and being reminded that not every contractor is as punctual and reliable as he is, we decided to work with Connecticut Masonry. Everything that the other reviewers said turned out to be true: the crew was hard-working and efficient, friendly and thoughtful, and they cleaned up better than any other workmen we've ever hired. Henry was easy to communicate with throughout the process, answering calls, texts and e-mails almost immediately. When we had a problem with the attic fan, Henry replaced it without question or cost to us. We cannot recommend him and Connecticut Masonry highly enough!

Working with Henry, the owner, was a very positive experience. He prides himself on providing a high level of customer service and he delivers. He is a great to deal with, answers all questions promptly by phone, email, text, never makes you feel bad for asking for details or explanations and he offers creative advice and suggestions. He looked into new technologies I was interested in and incorporated them into the project. Everything was done efficiently, expertly, and on time. His on-site team is highly skilled and do quality work - you can tell they know their business. And the price is right. What else can you ask for? Working with Henry is a pleasure. The workers were pleasant, considerate and hard workers. They cleaned up after they were finished working and made sure I had no questions or problems with their installation. The owner showed up twice to make sure all was well and that I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

I can't even say enough about Henry and all of his crew!! It was so hot and humid and they worked almost 12 hrs straight!! And the following day they were here bright and early and they finished the job and left my yard spotless!! It was a big job because I knew half of my roof was beginning to sag...Henry's prices are great and you get alot of work for your money, believe me. They replaced the plywood that was rotted and showed me them so there was no misunderstandings!!! very very trust worthy!!! I have given his name out already to a couple of people!! If I had 3 thumbs they wopuld all be up!! But I only have 2...so I give Henry and his crew a huge 2 thumbs up!!!

Henry and his grew did a great job replacing my roof. There was a lot of repair that needed to be done and he always kept me up to date with what needed to be done and why. They worked tirelessly on a very hot day to complete the project. His price for the entire job was very fair.

Henry and his crew were great. Can't say enough about the quality of work and clean up left the yard spotless. He even made several extra trips to the house to fix problems that weren't even his to start with! All at no extra charge! The job was started ahead of schedule and despite having to replace one entire side of the roof with new plywood, the job was finished ahead of time and to perfection. These guys show up and go to work and I mean work. This was during that last heat spell we had and I felt so bad I went outside to tell them to take it easy abit, they were making me feel guilty. Yes, they are worth every bit of a 5 rating. And I would recommend them highly.

Henry Guzman and his team are true professionals. Friendly, communicative, prompt. We contacted Henry about replacing the gutters on our historic home on a Tuesday, he came over later that day to give us a (very reasonable) quote and the job was completed by that Saturday. We were very pleased with the quality of the work that was done and appreciated Henry's attention to detail. He explained the process and materials used and made sure to check back with us to see if we were satisfied. We plan on hiring him again to do further home projects.

Did a very good job with roof and new gutters. Excellent workmanship and left the property very clean with absolutely no debris left on site. Henry was a pleasure to work with and the project was completed on time. I would have given them a complete 5.0 but there was some minor chipping and breakage to a few house shingles on the garage overhang that presumably resulted from removal of the old roof. This may have been unavoidable, but there was no attempt by the contractor to point this out and do the repairs.

Prompt scheduling / on time delivery

I have no idea why this shows as Cleaning and Maid Services instead of Home Repair and Maintenance. Regardless, I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Henry (owner) and his crew. He contacted me promptly, gave me a very reasonable price, offered some additional services but didn't overly push them on me, and alerted me when his crew was going to arrive. The worker arrived on time, completed the job, and did a few extra bits like running a small downspout extender and re-attaching one that had come loose. I will definitely use them again.

In addition to the roof replacement we had two skylights replaced. We got top quality work at a fair price. I had 4 different quotes and Henry (owner) kept in touch to answer any questions during the decision process without being annoying. He did the same during the job. The work details and schedule were explained and he was available to answer any questions. If he gives you a time and schedule, you can count on it. I doubt that anything will need fixing, but if it does I'm sure Henry will be there to take care of it.

The most impressive item to me was they were always on time for quoting, work done by crew, all facets of the job. This is almost impossible to find these days. I added siding to the original job scope and they still finished on time, on budget, and best of all the quality of their work was outstanding. I am very impressed, pleased, and would recommend them to others.

Best price and no pressure! Unlike other roofing companies that call you 2 or 3 times in a week for months, Henry came over, gave me a price and let me decide. Best decision I've ever made. I would recommend Henry and the hard working roofing crew of CT Masonry & Waterproofing to anyone interested installing a new or repairing an existing asphalt roof. On time, courteous, communicative, quality work but most of all hard working. Came when they said they were coming, protected the shrubs and gardens, and did a quality cleanup job. They did everything they said they were going to do and then some. If all contracting companies were like Henry's CT Masonry & Waterproofing life would be so much easier. Wonderful company. The crew was able to complete my roof, my gutters and a solar attic fan within 8 hours. They were very thorough when cleaning up, there was no debris & no nails.
