Tony answered my email very quickly. made an appointment immediately and showed up on time. He is very neat and does an outstanding job. this is the 3rd time I have used him and will use him in the future. Highly recommend him.

Installation of both items went very well - and performed to expectations - tech was very skilled and professional. Also discovered leaky shutoff valve on washer and provided advice on a couple of other issues I brought to his attention. Overall a very good experience.I would definitely recommend this company.

He did the 4 projects methodically. Although I had manufacturer provided replacement parts for the toilets, he didn't see that they needed replacing, just the flapper. He had a replacement part for the leaking garden faucet on the truck. I liked the fact he didn't replace the toilet "insides", just because I had them. He used his head, did what was necessary and fixed everything in time for me to get to work on time. The Angie's List discount was nice, but it was even nicer to find a quality plumber who responded to my call and wasn't looking to make work.

Tony and his assistant showed up right on time, the day after we called them. They snaked the sink as well as the bathtub drain. At our request they replaced the old bathroom sink-stopper and installed a new one. We found them to be very professional and friendly. The charge was $175 for the sink and bathtub drain clearing and $75 for the stopper replacement and installation. We will definitely use them again.

This the first time we will use them. We chose to go with them because they were one of the best. I called two and they responded.

I had previously used TC's Plumbing b/o reviews here, so I wanted to use him again. I finally got around to contacting him when I had a leaking toilet between the tank and the bowl. He got back to me pretty quickly (I think within a half hour), and it happened that he had a guy (Burt) just finishing a job in my same town (several blocks away). He arrived within about 15 minutes, and was good enough to think to clean his shoes before coming into the house (raining outside). He looked at the toilet, quickly diagnosed a broken gasket/washer, and I let him do his thing. He immediately got to work pulling the tank, swapping in a new gasket set and inflow pipe, and put it all back together again, no apparently problems. While chatting with him, I mentioned that I also had a bathroom sink faucet that I wanted to replace, and he said he could take care of that at the same time. Apparently just in time, as the faucet water connection snapped off while he was removing the old set, and could have gone at any moment. So, I let him do his thing -- he replaced the faucets, and installed a new drain as well. New item works great, and now I'm leak free. The whole visit cost less than the ballpark $250 bid I had gotten from him previously to just install the new faucet. Great job, and I will be contacting him again on some larger plumbing jobs I need to get done.

Tony was able to come the day after I called. He called that morning to get my home number so that he could give my wife a heads up when he would be there. They were very professional. Did the work quickly and well and left the areas clean. We will definitely use TC s again in the future. Great experience.

I had 2 drains that did not drain properly and previous plumbers just suggested to install larger vent pipes. The gentlemen that arrived and with in an hour had both drain working properly and I have not had any trouble to date. They were very professional. Contacted me back within a hour of e-mailing arrived on time and made sure the job was done cleanly and no mess was left. I definitely would use them again.

A different plumber came and said the two toilets in question were not fixable as parts were no longer being made (untrue). Tony Coscia and his partner from TC Plumbing showed up the next day and fixed them both with parts they said were in almost any plumber's truck. One of the toilets has a deteriorated gasket, but could not be removed as it was probably cemented to the floor when the house was built. Tony put a seal around the base which should take care of the problem. If this is not the case, he will then return and try to forceably remove the toilet, possibly breaking it and requiring a new toilet to be installed. I will be very comfortable to trust they will once again do their best to remedy this problem if necessary. Both toilets, although made in 1969 are fully operational and will last many more years. They also fixed the arms to ensure less water will be needed. to protect my well. Great company! Real gentlemen.

TC evaluated my situation over the phone and referred me to a good boiler guy who came right out for a NO HEAT call.

they took the shower apart but couldn't get the leak stopped ... theory was that the kohler cartridge used was manufactured third party since it seemed slightly too big and was allowing the water to release when the pressure came up from other water use. Anyway, they replaced the sprayer and said they would talk to a warehouse about the pressue cartridge. We had had two other plumbers (not on angie's list) look at this and say the same thing so ... a little concerned. A couple of hours later Tony called back and they had measured the unit with a micrometer (?) and found it to be too long and that an original cartridge from Kohler would be $125 and no guarentee but they thought it was a probable solution and could they come back out to give it a shot? We said 'sure', Burt showed up shortly and after the installation ... no more leak! Very impressed with the follow thru. So far so good! We appreciate their good work and would recommend them to friends and family as well as use their services again ourselves. I did see a coupon on here I could/should have used but I suppose that's my fault! Thanks guys!

Tony is very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived with one other person and completed the job in a about 3 hours. One complication is that our basement ceiling is about 15' high and the drainage hangs from the ceiling. He also advised to cap some open lines that were allowing gases to vent into the basement. We're happy we know someone who is good in case we run into any other problems with plumbing in the future.

We ended up paying $300 less for more work.

Everything went well. They came on time, got right to work, completed the work professionally. This was a good experience.

The plumber was able to do the job in a very efficient manner. He was courteous and prompt. He cleaned up after the job and his professionalism was more than acceptable.

The first plumber that came out did not resolve the issue so I scheduled a second appointment. That plumber was able to unclog the drain.

Had to play phone tag a bit to schedule an appointment (not really their fault), but other than that I couldn't have been happier. Once we connected on the phone Tony was able to schedule an appointment for just hours later. They came in, replaced the old leaky water heater, and cleaned up after themselves. They were happy to answer all of the trivial questions I had.

He installed a brace, straightened and reinstalled brackets, and siliconed sink to the countertop. Great job - it hasn't budged since.

T.C. Plumbing’s service was Fantastic. 5 Stars! When I originally called looking for a plumber, I had already called 4 others. 3 of which never got back to me. 1 that I left a message with, which he did not return, but finally came out to take a look (not when he said he would) then never heard from him again. Reflecting back he was definitely not as knowledgeable as Tony from T.C. Plumbing. Tony called me back and showed up when he said he would for the consultation. We discussed different options, one of which was a tankless hot water heater, but ultimately we came to a decision to go with a replacement HWH in a larger unit. It was very obvious to me that he was knowledgeable about everything we discussed, had tons of experience, and his price was very reasonable. Reflecting on my past conversations with a few different plumbers regarding tankless, I discovered not all plumbers have a lot of experience installing tankless heaters. Some were honest about it and some were not which became clear to me during my consultation with Tony, who obviously has a ton of experience. He set up an installation date with me and showed up when he said he would. The removal and installation of the new unit did not take long at all. The guys were great and as most of us know, too many guys in the trades don’t even call you back, let alone, show up when they say they will. So working with T.C. Plumbing was such a pleasure and Tony is so knowledgeable, has tons of experience, very professional, and just a really nice guy. I will definitely call him with all my future plumbing needs; in fact I already got an estimate for another job I plan on for the fall. Thru Angie’s List, I hope guys like Tony and his team will raise the bar for all those other guys out there in the trades who don’t communicate or follow thru.

They responded quickly and a two good jobs for me. They were emergency jobs. The price was reasonable.

It went great. He called when he was suppose to, came when he said he would and completed everything I needed done. He left everything clean and was very professional.

After my initial call on Thursday, he called me back the next day and said he would not be available until the beginning of the next week. When he called the next week,he said he could come right away if I would be available. He arrived promptly and after I told him what the problem was, he immediately began the replacement. It was finshed a short while later and when he left, the work area was totally clean and once again I had a working toilet. He was personable, efficient and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working before he left. I was extremely satisfied and would not hesitate in using TC's Plumbing & Heating LLC for any future problems that might arise -- I recommend them without any reservations.

I called him (based on good reports from here, and his closeness to my house). He responded the next morning, and said he could come by that afternoon. (He said he'd call before arriving, to confirm; he accidentally forgot to do that, but he apologized for that, and I was ready anyway -- not a problem, was just happy he could get here when he did.) He arrived, got under the sink, confirmed that it was just the supply tubes and not the faucet itself. He quickly replaced the tubes, and took the time to adjust the faucet positioning (needed). Problem solved. He also took the time (at my request) to review some other plumbing problems I had, and give me some estimates for them -- as soon as I can find the time to schedule him, I'll have him fix one or more of the other problems. I will use him again -- a very personable fellow, and takes the time to do the correct job with the proper fix.
