Very well - an industrious crew!

The deep cleaning was fine, but the monthly cleaning was rushed. There was no attention to detail. We always had complaints or missed spots. They were very responsive and would want to come back to rectify it, but for paying that much each month, we were not happy with the level or quality of service. The front office staff was always wonderful - calling to make sure people were there on time, scheduling around my son's naps - always professional and nice.

Crew did not have a set time just day which would of been nice to have a time frame when scheduled or day before. Crew was friendly asked what we wanted to have done. Team was efficient worked fast excellent job on cleaning. You use again for all of our cleaning needs

They're efficient but you get different people each time. My interaction with them was good. The work turned out pretty good. They should have more consistency in the tasks done. I pay $30 per hour.

Belle Home was great to work with as a regular cleaning service. They did an initial deep clean of my two-bedroom apartment, which was thorough and impressive. After that, the biweekly service was limited more to surfaces,floors, and trash take-out, but Belle Home was very flexible about including occasional requests (i.e. cleaning baseboards) as they were needed. The responsiveness was great! Any updates or requests I made were handled quickly and professionally, and I received day-before text reminders on my cleaning dates. The cleaning products used left my home smelling fresh and mild with no harsh odors. I usually work from home, so I was frequently there when the cleaners were present. Although Belle home assigns a 'primary cleaner' to each home, the cleaners actually doing the work rotated quite a bit. Everyone, however, was professional and easy-going. I had an afternoon time slot, which meant that I was always the second cleaning on the schedule. This resulted in some variability. While the cleaners usually arrived about 1pm, there were some days they didn't come until 3pm and a day when they arrived as early as 10am. I did receive a call from the office on a day that they were running far behind schedule, and extra personnel were sent so that the work could be completed super-quickly. While I found it necessary to be flexible with the time of the work, Belle Home always provided work on the day promised and always completed it within business hours. Overall, my experience with Belle Home was great. This was my first time using a housekeeping service, so I'm unsure how they compare, but I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them.

The first time I called this company, it was on a few days' notice to do a housecleaning while I was out of town. We had guests coming, and I didn't want my husband to have to handle it himself. They came and, according to him, did a good enough job that I was willing to hire them on an on-going basis. The next time,about a month later, I called on a Monday morning for a Friday clean, and had a nearly 10 minute conversation about what kind of cleaning would take place (I wanted deep, but said basic was ok too) and at what time. She told me they were pretty busy, but that since I was flexible on arrival time, would accept any number of cleaners, and would accept a basic clean, they could do it. She said she'd have somebody else call me back when those details were set. I felt pretty happy it was taken care of. Well, by Thursday morning I hadn't heard back on the details, and sent an email. I got an email back saying they were booked, and I wasn't on the schedule. When I called in a panic, the booker asked to call me back, and then ended up saying they really were too busy to do it and "good luck." A little more verbal concern, at least, would have been nice: I have guests coming in just over 24 hours, it is graduation weekend, and I will now be taking off from work to do the house myself since at this point there is no other choice. Thank goodness I checked back myself, because if I'd just trusted in their word, I'd be in this same position day-of. So, yeah, never calling these people again.

Cleaning was just fair - a surface cleaning, not the deep cleaning we were expecting.  Perhaps our expectations were too high.  In the past we had cleaning services, and when they first started with us they did a deep cleaning. We were expecting something like that, on a 1-time basis.

I am continually pleased with this company.  Every time I use them, their services are exceptional.  I would recommend them time and again.
