This guy is excellent. He's done big jobs and small jobs for us in the past and did an emergency job for us last night. Fast professional and friendly. Highest recommendation for him

Not many details, except that he was punctual and did exactly what he said he would with integrity. That is all I can ask.

Greg and his crew bend over backwards to accommodate your plumbing needs and you couldn't ask for a more pleasant group of people to deal with. We recently moved an upstairs bathroom to make room for a new bedroom. The workers (not Greg's) that tore out the old bathroom broke a drain pipe that went unnoticed until Greg and his main man Chris tested the new bath's bathtub drain and discovered water pouring out of the chandelier in our dining room. This happened around the normal quitting time and we fully expected them to call it a day (they had been working since early morning) and come back in the morning to find and fix the leak. Well, that's just not in their nature. Within minutes, they had figured out where the break was (nowhere near the chandelier), cut a hole in the ceiling to drain the water into buckets (rather than letting it continue to run across the dining room ceiling and ruin it), dried up the mess, and began the task of replacing the broken section of pipe. Never once did they complain or try to place the blame for the leak on the culprits that actually broke the pipe. They just had a job to do and they did it, wrapping up at about 10:00 pm! This is the kind of dedication and professionalism that you want, but don't always find, in a service provider. It is just one example, but is typical of all the jobs that Greg has done for us. I could go on, but you get the idea.

Greg is reliable and pleasant to work with and dog friendly! He gave me my options w/my water heater which was leaking and had a 10yr warranty -Vaughn water heaters are a problem getting them to honor the warranty-Greg sent them pics of the inside etc.Cant say enough about how efficient and good worker he is!

I called. It was July 3 and we didn't expect him to be able to come so quickly. He estimated he would arrive sometime after lunch. He arrived, fixed the problem, said he'd bill us and left. It was amazing.

How many times have you felt like paying a plumber MORE than he asked for? Mr Landry is superior in all ways.

He is my favorite service provider. He has been very good. When I had the problem, the alarm would go off and he would come right out. He would fix the problem, communicate with the company and took care of everything. He replaced the pump at no cost to me. He is pleasant and professional. He knows what he has to do and does it. He does not waste any time. He is very good at his job.

They are excellent, and I have no complaints what so ever. When I called them they came right over and did a good job.

I had a defective pump which Greg serviced twice at no charge to me. I would give him an A+. He has a very good service. He answered all my question in a timely manner. He showed up on time when work was to be done.
