Scheduling issues for a dryer repair. Came out first time, 15 min to say new heater element was needed. They said part was $299 and took $200 deposit. I looked up part online… it’s $200 but I understand… they all mark up. Two weeks later called to schedule repair then didn’t show up in repair window time. Finally rescheduled again and that appt was almost not kept. Final bill was just under $700. Could have bought a new dryer for that. $200 part and 1 hour total labor and it’s $700????? TOTAL rip off. Avoid at all costs.

Total rip off. Waited 3 weeks for then to come out. Took one look at the equipment, said they needed to order a part, charged my CC 175 bucks and never returned. When I called, they said they couldn’t find the part, then refused to try to find a work around or to refund the deposit they took.

Fine. First service person said he didn't work on these types of ranges but he did it anyway with help from the office. Second visit a new board was installed. I still don't think the oven temp is right. Estimate was in the first 600s cost in the 400s so that was good.

Spoke with John who gave me a reasonable price for a direct replacement model and didn't try to upsell me on features/ brands/ etc. Checked on line and the price was competitive. When I called back to finalize the order, he informed me that he had an open-box version of a more advanced microwave that was returned from a customer and offered me that model for the same price, which I accepted. I opted for delivery/install, and they removed the old model/ installed the new model, and hauled away the old one, and were quick and on-time. I highly recommend REO.

Technician was able to clear blockage (broken glass) without pulling out dishwasher. Offered to return at no charge if problem persists.

I contacted them and their offer is that a service call is $69 and if the dryer can not be repaired or if I do not want to pay to have it repaired, they will give a 50% credit toward the purchase of a new appliance. I took them up on their offer and my dryer was able to be fixed. I am happy.

Showed up on time, very professional, fixed the problems. He explained what was wrong and the solution. Also, when I called for an appointment the staff was very professional, booked the repair work right away and explained when they would contact us before they came. Very pleased.

Arrived promptly, diagnosed problem in moments, had part in stock, fixed the fridge. My only complaint was the pricing scheme.. He charged $90 for a service call which I expected and $90 for labor of about 10 minutes. What was the first $90 for I wonder. Otherwise the experience was as expected..

Second time Mike was here at the house. He is a total pro who takes pride in saving his customers money. Has performed "open heart" surgery on our oven to re-solder a contact on its motherboard, saving us $500 on a replacement part. This time the vent mechanism stopped going up and down; Mike was able to straighten out a lever-arm and tighten the mechanism - again no parts. Nothing more to say, they should be your first call for any appliance service.
