Dynamic Basements Plus

From day one Chris was a pleasure to work with. We wanted a playroom for our kids, open and safe ... Chris delivered. He knew exactly what we needed to feel good about moving forward since this was for our kids. He paid attention to each detail and most importantly, was very patient about getting some supplies since we wanted to buy most of it. All in all, GREAT experience. Plus my kids liked him ☺ my son still asks "when is Crist coming over?" Haha too cute

Chris was excellent to work with. From the 1st time we met him, he was professional and pleasant, and was sure to understand what it was we were looking for. He was also sure to hire qualified professionals To do the specialized jobs (For example plumbing, electric work ). There was never a surprise for anything that he did, because he was sure to inform us of all the steps well in advance. We Highly recommend Dynamic Basements To anyone who is looking to convert their basement into a livable part of their home. To quote our four-year-old son "I like him because hes always nice to me," which is what you want from someone who's going to be around for a couple months!

From demo to the final touches Chris was focused and creative. I had a hard time picturing how the basement would look when it was all done. He was patient & explained it all & drew diagrams.

Chris did a great job on our bathroom. From the plumbing, the tiling , the electrical and the demolition of the plaster walls to the installation of insulation and sheetrock installation. We did have 1 issue that Chris took care of right away without and complaints.We are quite pleased with the way the job came out, and we would use him again without hesitation.This is one contractor who really cares about his reputation;and it's a good one!

Overall, we are very satisfied with the work done. Chris was on-time, quick to respond to question/concerns, and very willing to help my husband when he had questions about the electrical work. He was also willing to work with us to help keep our project within our budget. He knows the inspection requirements well, and the inspection passed without any issues. In addition, he spent quite a bit of time with us prior to the start of construction reviewing the plans with us and answering all of our questions.

It went so smoothly working with them to finish my basement. They asked a lot of questions so that my basement was done the way I wanted. The results were beautiful, couldn't have asked for more!
