It took two visits because the problems with two light fixtures were not fully diagnosed on the first visit, but the second visit which solved everything was billed at a much reduced rate, so I was completely satisfied.

During initial phone contact by Steve, I informed him that I needed the outside garage light replaced. I asked if he could select a replacement fixture, and install it. In the same day, Steve appeared and installed the perfect light fixture. I was, and am delighted with the fixture he selected, and with the same-day service.

Polite and professional . Arrived a bit later than arranged, but called me in advance to inform me of his delay.

Steve was very quick to respond to my inquiry and we scheduled a time the next day for him to look at our electrical problem. He was on time and gave us the courtesy of calling ten minutes before his arrival. He quickly fixed our problem and completed another small electrical job all for a very reasonable rate. I will keep his number and call him whenever an electrical problem comes up.
