This company is a husband and wife team. Yanna was wonderful from the first phone call. Matt couldn't have been nicer and more concerned about making sure everything was right before he left. This company is running their business on customer service. I found them on Angie's List on Sunday - knowing I was without a dryer and didn't want to wait days for someone to come clean out the ducts, Matt was at my house Monday afternoon. I highly recommend them.

Pricing was fair and they did exactly what I paid them to do. It was amazing to see the difference before and after the cleaning in my ducts and home. Matt arrived 15 minutes prior to his scheduled time. He greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. He wore footies when he was in the house and did not disrupt morning routine. He cleaned my dryer vent from the outside first and then from the inside he took his time and did not rush through. I was very pleased with his professionalism I am his workmanship. I am going to hire him again to do my air ducts.

Matt is very professional and efficient with his work. He clean my return vents and regular vents plus sanitize them. He clean up as he went and was thoughtful to leave the compressor in the laundry room to cut back on the noise. Once I realize he did dryer vents I had him do that also. I liked his work so much that I'm going to bring him back to do our rugs. Don't think twice about hiring him he is great and best part he is priced fair.

Decided to go with Y&M after getting three quotes with what appeared to have been all reputable contractors. I had one quote that was actually slightly less. Letâ s be honest, nobody wants to outlay money to clean ducts. Although I had heard of duct cleaning before, this concept was essentially foreign to me but was highly recommended after a routine HVAC preventive maintenance visit. Matt from Y&M provided a free home site inspection and quote. He was very thorough and went to great lengths to explain the process and why it was important to clean ducts every so often. He showed me how dirty the cold air returns were at the floor level and explained how that dirt would be found throughout the duct system. My wife and a couple of our children have allergies and asthma and it was amazing to see what we could potentially be breathing. Furnace filters donâ t catch everything. Once we had enough information to understand how important it was to move forward with the cleaning, it was important for us to pick the contractor we felt was right for the job and would be as thorough as possible. We chose Matt from Y&M and were very pleased with the work he did and overall results. He is particular about his work. It was eye opening at one point to see the amount of dirt and dust that he was pulling out of the ducts. We would highly recommend Y&M for anyone out there looking to have their ducts cleaned. You will find him honest, trustworthy and dependable.

They didn't clean the ducts. They cleaned out the vents. Not much else to say than that other than they texted and messaged us repeatedly to leave a review but I was too busy taking my daughter to urgent care twice because of respiratory distress from....cat hair in the ventillation system. Exactly what we wanted blown the hell out of the vents.

Matt certainly went "above and beyond" to find the problem in my in-wall vacuum line. He also explained how I might locate any future "clogs."

Matt the owner came to our home. He went over and beyond to help us. Our house is much less dusty and my nose isn't stuffed up any longer. His wife handles the phone part of the business. They are both wonderful to deal with. We highly would recommend them based on our experience.

Matt and Yanna were great to work with...our ducts are clean, the air coming out no longer has a stale oder of burnt ashes.....we recommend working with them, especially since other commercial firms are charging way too much to cover their overhead....call them first and you will be happy they were your first call. confirmed online appointment immediately with a phone call. showed up on time. inspected our house and gave an estimate. started work immediately and finished within a few hours. all work appears to be satisfactory at the very least. would certainly recommend to anyone considering duct cleaning.
