The work done was extremely thorough, and discussing schedules and pricing w/ German was a breeze. I had my backyard cleaned up, all leaves, sticks/ twigs removed which had built up over several years. My backyard has never been so clean.

German and his crew have done multiple jobs at my house. Every job is done quickly and done right. He came to my house to give me a quote and was there to complete the work the next day. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done.

German Sanchez is not only professional but very pleasant to work with -- communication is good and he and his crew do excellent work. we've had him do spring cleanup and now fall cleanup; he is also going to powerwash the house, gutters and shed. i would -- and have -- highly recommend him to anyone needing quality work without breaking the bank.

I met with German Sanchez regarding one room that needed painting. He is professional and had his staff with him to begin the project on the same day. He is so nice to work with; the project was very inexpensive and it was done within three hours. I will continue to use him and recommend him very, very highly.

Professional and do quality work

Mr. Sanchez is really a great guy to work with and his crew works very hard and do beautiful work. They can do other types of household jobs like painting and powerwash and carpentry and any reno job. I highly recommend.

We hired German and his crew to repair/power wash and paint the outside second floor steps to my home. They did exceptional work with professionalism. I have hired Sanchez Landscaping for two projects: repairing a large crack in ceiling drywall from a water leak and power washing/gutter cleaning/window caulking. Germen is is very quick to respond and comes withing a day or so to check out the work that needs to be done. He provides a very fair price and has great availability. Communication onsite and follow-up is also very good. I look forward to calling Germen/Sanchez Landscaping for various jobs around the house that are a bit outside my comfort zone.
