My job foreman handled it. They showed up on time on a Sunday when they don't normally work. They did good work.

Spring was broken & cables frayed on my elderly parents' automatic garage door. The door was basically hanging from one spring. When I explained the problem to the woman on the phone, she told me how unsafe that was, not to open the garage door, and we made an appt for the afternoon. A while later she called & said they had time to come by earlier, and was that alright? They came out and fixed everything.

One wire on one of our garage doors broke. They came and repaired it, and also repaired the other wire on that same door. They oiled both doors, claimed to have fixed a problem at the bottom of the first door (I did not see any improvement), and without asking, stuck a sticker on the garage wall next to our entry door with their name and number. We were away for about a month, then a month after that, the same wire came off. They came back, without charge, replaced some washers and re-attached the wire. Two weeks later, the same wire came off again, and the parts they had installed flew off. I had some problem scheduling them--they were scheduled to come within a certain time, but they did not show because when they called that morning, they were shunted into voice mail and assumed I wasn't in (my husband was using the line). Frustrated, I hired someone else, and removed the irritating sticker.
