Maddy was RUDE and incompetent. She brought a helper who did not know what he said he could. Hours were going and nothing was done on the second day. The first she brought her husband and he was very good. IN the end she stated to shout at me as she decided to leave and wanted me to pay in full for the hours that she did no work. She is rude and immature as well as she lacks house keeping skills

Maddy is very organized. She came with a crew of 4 and directed them very efficiently. It took them 2 hours to finish a two bedroom apartment.and it was impeccable! Thanks for the great job

Very nice and professional

We were impressed with Maddy Maid it clean. Maddy and Crew of three arrived on time. They did a good job with cleaning the house, top to bottom. Maddy asked all the right questions of how we want the house to be cleaned. They paid extra attention to the window sills in the kitchen that was really dirty from construction dust. Expectations met and highly recommended!

Came on time

Maddy was great to work with. She saw our apartment for a price estimate and scheduled cleaning the next week. She and her cleaners did a really nice job and they paid extra attention to cleaning spots on our floor that had been there prior to us moving in. They also cleaned our microwave and refrigerator as well as all the baseboards. Maddy and her cleaners were super efficient and thorough and cleaned our 2 bed/2 bath apt in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend them and will be using her on a regular basis.

Young company owner who uses common sense in her work. Homeowners are apprehensive when hiring young people, but I am glad that I am giving Maddy Maid It Clean the opportunity to clean my house. I have been discouraged with many cleaning companies who do light cleaning and then run out of the house to the next customer. Maddy does not run out but stays until the job is done. She is a Great listener and I am very happy with how mature and conscientious Maddy is for her age. I try not to take advantage of her cleaning crew also by not leaving piles of dishes or asking for extras as they are ready to leave. Thank you Maddy. I am really impressed with you.
