I was looking for someone to fix my bed for awhile now and found Cassio Seabra remodeling on here and I was very pleased with him and his work....very friendly and pleasant and gave me a great price...I would definitely recommend him to others and I definitely will be calling him in the future should I need anymore work done...overall I must say I'm extremely pleased with how everything worked out!

Cassio was responsive and helpful and responsible for his work.

Needed to strip and repaint my stove hood and ventilation. started to do it myself and quickly realized I needed a pro. Cassio was prompt and knew exactly what to do. Left me with a stove hood that could pass for new. Highly recommended for all jobs, big or small.

I don���t know how to describe the unprofessional and disgraceful experience I incurred with Cassio Remodeling. I chose this contractor because he gave me the lowest estimate. The project included removing old stain from the entrance door, sanding and re-staining the door. After Cassio���s first day of work, he stated that he was not going to make enough money from the job and needed to charge me more money. I offered him other projects in the home to compensate for his disappointed. However, his estimates were ludicrous. He left that day and requested that I advance him $200 to pay his employee, which I did. Upon arriving home Cassio text me to inform me that he was abandoning the project because it was not profitable for him. It was obvious that he had never done this type of work before from the gouging imprints he was leaving on the door. I contacted him several times to no avail to complete the work. It was not until Home Advisor intervened that Cassio contacted me and stated that he would send me his original helper Jose to complete the work and that I could pay him directly and that Cassio���s obligation with me was over. When the job continued two guys showed up neither of them being Jose and began working on the door. After watching them work for a while I realized that these guys were not professionals and did not even know Cassio. There were merely two day laborers who were picked up on the corner and had no painting skills. They made a mess of the door and only worsened the situation. I contacted Cassio and informed him that he is still responsible for the completion of the door and cannot wash his hands from the matter. He stated that he would complete the job to my satisfaction for an additional $900. I refused and warned him that if he does not resolve the matter promptly I would have no choice but to leave him a bad review. I again contacted Home Advisor who reminded Cassio of his obligation to the customer at which point Cassio contacted me and would only return if I pre-pay him to finish the job because he didn���t trust me. I adamantly refused and told him that a month had passed and I was done with his nonsense. I informed him that I would hire someone else to complete the work and leave him a negative review. In conclusion, Cassio is not a man of his word, his workmanship is extremely poor, his work ethics are not honorable and he is driven by greed. His only concern was not to satisfy the customer but how much money he was going to make.

The project started off well. After the 2 rooms painted I paid for more rooms! Cassio had his man paint half of a bathroom(HALF). I had to ask him to go back and paint the doors to the rooms they painted. One room they decided not to even paint the ceiling. After pointing out his unfinished job he informs me I can pay his man extra to stay and finish. I have to find some one to finish bathroom. Personality is pleasant. Work unreliable.

Cassio was a real pro, and perfectly repaired our bedroom ceiling. Pleasant to work with, completed the job 100% for the agreed price, I certainly would use him again if needed. Very pleased.
