PREFERRED PAINTING SVC

Dave and his crew did an exceptional job.  They were very neat and tidy, punctual and professional.  We love the job they did, and will be asking them to return to do more work here.  He has also done work for a relative, and she was very pleased.  (She is a tough customer too!)  We can't say enough about Preferred Painting Services, and highly recommend them.

They had a crew of five and finished in a day and a half. The price was $1,000 less than a competitor. They left no mess and were polite and professional. Negatives: They missed a small area by the deck and they did not remove the downspouts because they are attached with nails. That's fine but if he told me in advance I would have removed them the day before they stained. I still would use them again.

The start date was delayed initially because of the weather. Once the weather cooperated and the date was determined, the painters were here, right on time and worked all day, even when the boss was gone! The job was going to take approximately four days, but because rain was in the forecast again, these guys stepped it up and finished in two days. They all knew what they were doing, did a great job, and were professional. They had the right equipment, cleaned up after themselves, and put things back when they were finished. (There were some paint scrapings and a few cigarette butts left behind, but nothing to complain about.) No hidden surprises in the bill, which was collected in full after the job was done to my satisfaction.
