Description of Work: Met this contractor at a recent local home show. Provided our contact information. He called and set up an appointment to meet with us and then was a no show.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional. They did a good job with leaving the house clean after they worked here. They actually left my basement cleaner than when they started. All the contractors that came to the house were also very professional. They were good with explaining what was going on when I had questions and were prompt to make any adjustments that I asked for.
Description of Work: They made 1 large closet into 2 separate ones, vented my bathroom fan through the roof and installed Central AC/Heat and converted me from oil to gas.

+ -1 moreI had a personnel from DD property come and give me an estimate, for replacing 18 windows. He showed me different catalogs for windows and explained their features and how they would install it and also the time frame. Their estimate was the most competitive of all the estimates I had gotten. I signed the contract the same day and with in 2 weeks they were there installing the replacement windows at my home. They did a great job in installing the windows and also cleaned out the debris. They were skilled, punctual and professional. After completing the windows project. I have asked them to put a ridge vent on my roof and also add an exhaust vent for two of my bathrooms. They did a great job. I am glad that I used DD property to complete my projects. I would recommend them to anyone. I have plans on using them for my siding and central A/C down the road. thanks
