They claim that we owe them money because their book keeping is atrocious. At the end of the job, they wanted money but they never asked us how the job worked out. If they had asked us, we would have told them that quite a few things ended up broken and we wanted them replaced or repaired. We had flooding in our house as a result of bad workmanship and we had to have the tiles broken to have a pipe re-soldered. They claim that the people that did the work do not represent them but we never would have met this person if we hadn’t been introduced to him in their shop. They say that none of the work that was done has anything to do with them and our satisfaction is not their problem. We’ve been in small claims court and we’ve had to deal with these generally nasty people that claim they are not associated with anyone that we dealt with. We have been putting up with this drama and pettiness for over a year; we are so surprised to find out how shameless he has been. We wanted one itemized list and they kept giving us invoices with technical terms in bits and pieces; we never got any assurances about what was really done. They went over our budget even though we were very clear about what we wanted and how we wanted to pay. I trusted them to do what I asked them to do and he told me that we were all settled up then called me back and asked for more money. We went from $17,000 to $34,000 even though he kept claiming he was coming in under budget. They were deliberately confusing about the prices of everything

THEY WERE WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH. IT WAS EXPENSIVE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL OF MY HOUSE AND MY TIME.
