Poorly. Things started out great. James and Samuel gave a reasonable price, were responsive, helpful and eager to work. As the job progressed, however, things went downhill. They had clearly over promised and could not deliver. They failed to bring on subs they had promised, their work slowed down to a trickle after framing was done, they refused to be on site when other contractors were working, among many other things. Besides the timing and lack of professionalism, they seemed to be in over their heads often. The biggest issue arose when the sill plate was rotted and they claimed the job was much more difficult and complicated and costly than it actually was. We hired someone else to do the plate, who did the job in a weekend and for about 20% of the price they quoted. They also failed to order materials as promised and increasingly came up with excuses why they couldn't come to the job. Finally, we fired them, and then once we did, more issues relating to the quality of their work have come up as others completed the job. A few things -- walls are not straight, they did not frame for medicine cabinets when they were suppose to, the taping and sanding needed to be redone in many areas, they left gaps in the sub-floor, and more. At the start of the job I expected to be giving TMI a great review. However, unfortunately it did not turn out that way.
