My 89 year old mother is used to my Friday visits to take care of her needs. However, I recently snowbirded to Fl. so when she called to tell me about her broken lazy susan, I turned to the internet without much confidence that I would find a reliable and reasonable handyman. I was so lucky to find Service Magic. Luigi (Home Improvements) called her immediately, came on time, gave us the part number to order and fixed it with no problem. The repair estimate was higher than the actual cost. My mother, her friends, and I have much more peace of mind. When we redo our kitchen in Ct, we will certainly talk to Luigi.

Luigi was great. Intelligent, skilled, reliable and detail oriented. He replaced some sheetrock in my garage and laundry room and installed tiling for a hearth. He kept me informed of each step he took and was more than happy to teach me the "how's and why's." Best of all, not only does he aim to satisfy the customer but he also holds himself to personal high standards. I will definetly keep his card for future home improvements!

All the projects I wanted completed were done in a day, and the owner even helped me tighten up a bistro set I had put together. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Since I am a single woman it is important to me to be able to have someone in my house that I feel comfortable being there, and this was definitely the case with the owner, Luigi and his father. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any future projects.

Luige did a excellent job for us on the dry wall repair. He showed up on time, wrote up a nice proposal, did all the work proposed in a timely manner. Even did a little extra to make sure we where satisfied and followed up with phone call.
