Called asked someone to come out and fix it at my house they sad they needed to pick it up again but it would be a priority day or two tops, after many calls one of which said they had to order a part but it was in now then called again few says later and they delivered it today.
Was enjoying mowing my lawn for first time in two months, (note you will need to hire a lawn service while they work on yours) mower is running great, deck dead level, half way through the first time mowing the lawn the engage handle falls off, mower runs but now blade can't spin, I'm angry and call them, explained what happened they told me they would have no reason to work on that part but they would have to pick it up to look at it. Man pulled up file and it looked just wonderful to him, the only thing he was sorry about was the way I was feeling. I declined the offer to lose my mower again, dragged out the tools and took it apart myself after removing the gas tank there is a cross shaft that holds that handle I hammered it back in place and replaced gas tank. Mower was up and running in 30 minutes. The Pro I had to hire at 50.00 a pop, said that they always do and quot;lawn guysand quot; and contractors first over some homeowner just looking for a tune-up. To be clear mine was running fine when they picked it up, were talking belts, oil, spark-plug, filters brake pad and blade.
