When I reached back out to him saying I was ready to schedule the pick-up, he wasn't available so I left a message. He was quick to reply to the message and get me on his schedule next day. Prompt and reliable service

East Side Junk was a pleasure to work with! Unlike other companies I called, Ricks response was superb. First, he actually answered his phone when I called for an estimate. Second, he scheduled my job for the following morning -- even though I didnt ask for quick/special service. Third, he was punctual. Fourth, when he arrived I told him I forgot to mention some items when I called for the estimate. He recalculated the estimate came up with another reasonable price. He didnt pressure me to accept, even though he was already here. Five, after we agreed on the price, it took him and his helper approximately 15 minutes to fill half his box truck with all my junk. I highly recommend East Side Junk! (and, no, I dont know him personally and hes not paying me for this review)
