They called, said they'd be at the house in a half hour, on time. They were professional. Went right to work and removed all the items and finished the job in about 1 1/2 hours. We (my husband especially) were so pleased at how quickly and efficiently the job was completely. It would of taken us at least 2 days to remove what they did. I would definitely call them again.

I was a pain in the butt, due to the fact that I was mid move when I contacted them. They quoted me, a number that was outside my price range so I didn't hire them. They did give me some options that would make it cheaper for them to do the job. After much thought I chose to hire them for a smaller job. Bottom line is they were very courteous and despite having issues as the job site, they got the job done very expeditiously. Would definitely hire them again.

I first contacted East Side late at night on Good Friday/1st night of Passover this year, having found them recommended on the web. I live out of state and my family was in town to help my octogenarian in laws clean out the garage of a house in Enfield they'd lived in since 1972 that was recently put on the market empty. So I was particularly surprised that by 1:08pm on Easter Monday they had already come and gone as requested. No one had to be at the house to let them in. In this case we had them take just an old refrigerator but wish we'd contacted them weeks earlier as their services would have saved losts of time and physical labor for other family members earlier this month. Glad we used them and expect to again in the future.

Rick and team were very service oriented, and managed the complex removal of a large hot tub in a difficult location, as well as additional last minute requests. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Rick was compassionate and helpful as we had to clean out my mom's apartment after she passed away. He and his crew helped to make the job as seamless as possible. My mom was in a two bedroom apartment. We originally thought it wasn't much, but Rick said otherwise - Even so, the job was done quickly. I especially like that he donates and recycles items first before items go into a landfill. We had everything from furniture to kitchen gadgets and pans to pictures, to clothing.
