Description of Work: I contracted to have my house power-washed and painted. They weren't the cheapest bid I got , but their reviews were good. First, I contracted for a specific time and they called with no notice, weeks early and wanted to come the next day. They assumed I had vinyl windows and when learning I needed the painted, told me I had to remove all the screens. The power wash consisted of one guy with a sprayer full of bleach. He killed $150 of freshly planted flower pots (he didn't ask that they be moved). He soaked my house with bleach one day and they painted the next. The carpentry work they did on the sills was a joke and will have to be redone by a carpenter. The owner never once showed up. I left my mom in charge while I worked and she was not comfortable with the crew or the work. That was my mistake. I wanted them away from my house that I paid them to finish and leave. From a distance the house looks fine, though they did things like spray over white fixtures. In general, sloppy at best. I'll be curious to see how long the paint job lasts. Was disappointed and didn't want them back so badly that I accepted sloppy work.

Description of Work: They painted the walls, and the kitchen ceiling, in a 2-bedroom townhouse, with partially finished basement. There was also a 2-story foyer included in his price. We were renting, so we didn't want to pay a high price for the job. Rick was prompt, his estimate was the lowest of the three companies, and his crew cleaned up very well before leaving.
