The owner was very nice,and called me right away .they did the job the next day and what a neat and fast job they did .they sent two gentlemen to do th job and they were terrific. I would diffinately call them again.thank You Josh

Awesome customer service. Fast and prompt replies and got the work done immediately. The tree damage caused a hazardous condition and they got there and removed the tree within a one day. Definitely would recommend them.

We approved the quote and within about a week the team was here to take down a few tree that we were concerned about falling. They were quick and quiet... my one year old was napping and not bothered by any of the noise.

The crew caused damage to our neighbor's trees, our flower beds, landscaping and siding on our house. They adjust the price and repaired the siding. We asked them to use their bucket tree to bring the trees down in stages. The truck was on site but never used. We found the crew to be very reckless.

He left the driveway damaged, the whole yard has tire marks and fallen tree marks that he has not yet fixed. While cutting the tree he broke another tree. Not sure how they could not anticipate it. Took away the mulch and dumped it in the house of someone else, when I wanted it. He promised to bring more mulch from a different house. He promised to show up last week and fix the issues, but he never came. I remain hopeful that he would fix these things.

This contractor was a disaster to work with. He did not follow the plan we agreed on, he removed 6 trees he was not supposed to take, and he damaged 5 other trees.

There were delays due to equipment breakdowns, and other excuses. The owner did not show up to supervise during the job. I had damage to the property which they will not fix. They left me with an enormous mess. Very unprofessional. Rivers Tree Service does not belong on Home Advisor. He is not worth hiring.

Had to wait longer than planned based on their equipment breaking. When they finally came, very professional, neat, great clean- up.

Josh was extremely responsive when we called. He was at our house within a day for a quote and then within 3 days to remove the large downed tree. He did not damage our lawn at all, and he had to go 150 feet or more to the tree in the backyard. He removed all parts of the tree the same day. We had been told by other tree-removal services that they could not do the job in one day. He and his colleague were very professional and treated our property as if it were their own. We would highly recommend Rivers Tree Service and would hire them again.

We contacted Home Advisor after the tropical storm because we had a tree down and it took off the utility off of the house. My wife and I took down the tree top and freed the utility wires. But there was a hundred year old oak split in two with the top part ready to fall â the other half took out the utility wires. Josh from Rivers Tree Service contacted pretty quick and we scheduled to look at the tree. He gave me a realistic and fair price and his guys showed up the next day. They were neat and extremely professional. The tree was taken away with enough firewood to last me awhile. Not only would I recommend them, but I am using them again for other tree work.

I called for fallen trees In my yard due to the August storm. The response was immediate. He was kind and negotiated a prize. The one he sent to cut the trees was very professional, answered all questions. Work was professionally done and quickly too. He blew all leaves and cleaned up all branches real good. He was full of smiles and respected me as a customer. He addressed all concerns I had about other things. He did an exceptional job. I called a friend to use this company. I highly, highly recommend this company. I will use them again and again.

Josh and team were great. Came and quickly to assess job, and his crew showed up exactly when stated. They handled a very complex tree removal from my roof.. THey know what theyà ¢à  à  re doing.. Highly recommended

Had a tree that was up rooting that was aimed directly at my house. They came over we agreed on a price. 45 minutes later they arrived and took the tree down. This was first thing in the morning after the tropical storm.
