They are really good. They are the only ones that could straighten out my mortgage. For the longest time, I had such a hard time, because they had my social security number backwards, and I had it changed, and it still would not report to the credit bureau for me. I refinanced, and they straightened it out with Freddy Max, where it started from. I now have my new mortgage, and can report it to the credit bureau that I am making my payments. I think Nation Star is the parent company, because I pay my mortgage to them, but Greenlight did all the paperwork and legwork. They had someone come to my house to do all the closing documents. He took the time to research why I wasn't being reported to the credit bureau properly, and why I wasn't getting my credit score up, and I thought that was just horrible, and nobody would check it for me. It had been 8 years, and Nationwide had made the mistake. I had started calling them right away, and I had sent paperwork and paperwork, and Bank Of America just wouldn't do it. This guy went in with diligence, and did it. He went back to the original, and who they worked with, and who they started with, and got it all done. It took him 30 days to get it done. He never gave up, even when it looked like nothing would work, he would say ''let me try one more thing''. The price was really good, and he got me a lower interest rate. I think they are very qualified, and I have never seen anybody work so hard to get something right. I would call him to find out the progress, and he would call me back right away.
