The first thing he did is put in a balcony and stairs. He didn't complete this. I asked him if he could do the kitchen floor but he did a lousy job on the tile. He was supposed to do the granite counter tops, but he never did. He removed all counter tops and sink and didn't replace everything. He took some of the electrical wiring out and didn't finish it. The trimming looks horrible. The patio door doesn't work properly. He damaged my dishwasher and washer/dryer. He said he would take care of those scratches but he never did. He was supposed to put in screen doors and he never did that either. He also promised to install siding and windows which he never did either. All the painting he did was poor as well. I paid in checks amounting to about $90,000 for each project and he didn't complete any of the projects. I'm currently going through court right now.
