We had a great experience with Paint Pals. After another contractor treated us poorly and did not follow through with job as scheduled, we contracted with Paint Pals. They were very professional and communicated with us about what to expect, very responsive and helpful. In fact, they were able to schedule the job earlier than expected and completed it in 3 days. The job was done very well and we are very pleased with the outcome. Our home looks beautiful!

They did a great job!

We hired Paint Pals to do a complete exterior painting of our house. From the initial estimate, through the planning stages through the completion of the project, Paint Pals was outstanding to work with. The paint team was very professional in all aspects of the job and you can tell they take great pride in their work and providing their customers with an end product that meets all expectations. Even at the final walk through when we were pointing out quite minor touch up items, there was no push back and they made them graciously. We highly recommend the Paint Pals team for any exterior painting needs you may have!

I feel like I could have done a better job myself. I had to have them come back and touch up a lot of places, they did not clean up very well until I had them come back. I still find places that need to touch up. I feel like they rushed through the job.

Paint Pals did an excellent job painting my house. My only issue is it took awhile to get there. Original crew that was sent to the house did a very rushed/sloppy job, even after returning the second time to repaint half the house it still looked pretty bad, painters stated that was the best they could do. After posting negative feedback online management became aware of the situation and acted quickly to remedy the issues. A more experienced crew came out and did an excellent job and now the house looks great.

Tim, Julian and the crew have painted 6 houses for us, including our home, my parents house and rental houses - great work every time. They provided a flexible schedule to get the work done, showed up timely and completed the work on schedule and budget!

Excellent communication prior and during the job. Minor adjustments for paint areas were no problem.

Painters did a good job. Before we hired them we talked to them about some scheduling things and if they could work with them (my husband works nights so the walk through couldnt be done until the afternoon). They said it would be no problem. The day there were done they were banging on our door at noon. They painted the garage the wrong color and said "Well we will fix the garage at no charge to you because we messed up with the scheduling thing". Which was not cool. I told them the garage was not our fault and showed them the messages we had sent with the guy who told us he was in charge. Just a little annoying when people try to blame stuff on you. Overall happy with the paint.

With all the stories in the news about dishonest painting companies I was really nervous about hiring a paint company. That's why I used Home Advisor, but I was still nervous. My sales person and project manager at Paint Pals was very communicative throughout the job. Even the job site manager or lead painter called me to give me his name and number. This helped my comfort level a lot! They originally estimated a week to complete the job of replacing some facia boards and painting my entire house. It took less than 2 days and the quality looks great. I'm very pleased with the completed job. Their communication was terrific and that was a big deal to me. I need to know a lot about the process and the status and Paint Pals did a great job on both fronts. The price was very competitive with the other bids I received. My house looks great again and I would highly recommend this company.

The crew was on time and clean up well

From start to finish it was a professional job, Tim the salesman explained everything from what the process was to explaining how the paint they use has more solids to water ratio, and why it will adhere better and hold up to the Colorado climate. Julien, the project manager who contacted me next along with a whole brochure explaining the entire process, he scheduled the power washing, prep crews and painters, they were in and out 3 days. There was some touch up work to be done and Julien sent his painters out within a day of my conversation with him. The painters did all the touchup work and the house is protected and looks GREAT. Great company to deal with, thank you Tim, Julien and crew.
