Everyone was polite and professional. We asked for specifics parts of the house to be painted differently, and they obliged, no problem.

Great painting company, great paint job on my house. Arrived to paint ahead of scheduled date. Power washed and painted house body, trim and accents in about 1 1/2 days. Very impressed with the prepping of the house for painting (nice surprise).

We were pleased with the service from the initial contact for estimate through completion.. They made the estimate for what we wanted without adding services we had not asked for. The crew was friendly and easy to work with. They cleaned up before leaving at the end of each day.

The crew did everything I asked and came back to paint the small touch ups I found. No questions asked, they sent someone and it was done. Choosing from a pool of Professional Painters was difficult but the crew from Paint Pals was informed and understood exactly what I wanted done.

They looked at the project, and offered the service that was needed. Didn't over inflate the price and offered a needed value added service. Painted both the house and the fence that needed it.

We are very happy with the final work product. The crew was very easy to work with. They took care of punchlist items immediately.

They were all excellent to work with, from the guy who came out to do the estimate, to the actual paint crew. Everyone was communicative and worked together to make sure the job was done well. The crew worked quickly and were easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Unlike other companies - a real painter, not just a salesman came out for the estimate. The actual workers were terrific. Some challenge with the supervisor, but he came through and made sure my wife and I were totally satisfied.

I contacted Paint Pals via Home Advisor and was pleased with the experience right from the start. I received a call from them within less than an hour and they scheduled an estimate at my earliest convenience. Bree showed up on time and gave us a fair estimate. My insurance company agreed since it was an insurance claim due to a hail storm. The scheduling department got a hold of me right away and worked around the roofers and gutter installers. No problem when I had to cancel and go out of state for a funeral. When the painters showed up they got on the job right away.When they were scheduled to continue on a Sunday and couldn't make it instead of calling they actually showed up to my house to explain the situation. When they returned the next day they finished the job and I'm very satisfied with the work they did. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good exterior painting company in the Denver area.

I thought Paint Pals did a good job. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Paint Pals and when anyone I come in contact with that needs paint to their home either interior or exterior I would recommend them. This was not a good experience but I will say that the second crew that came out (first crew was awful) was much more professional and detailed. Julian bent over backwards to make it right but he shouldn't have had to in the first place. Unbelievably frustrating overall!!

We're very happy with the work Paint Pals did! The crew did a great job, finished on time, and quickly addressed all touch-ups that needed to be completed when they finished.

The price was right (extremely reasonable, in fact) and I was not disappointed with the quality of their work and especially appreciated the customer service - they did everything they could to be sure I am a happy customer, and even came back to fix a few touch ups.
