Thank you to Preferred Garage Doors, especially to the owner Will and his technician Joe. Our spring broke first thing in the morning, and Will wasted no time getting Joe out to fix the spring. We decided that the garage opener needed to be replaced as well, and Joe was able to replace it at the same time. He even added some rubber weather stripping to the bottom of the door to prevent the door from freezing to the concrete. Thank you to Will, Joe, and the Preferred team!
