The price they quoted me was outrageous, double the price of buying the same new refrigerator. I end up paying for the consultation and not fixing it. I wasn’t suppose to pay the consultation fee, because it is common sense that I don’t pay twice as much the value of a brand new same brand refrigerator, it just doesn’t make sense.(new $1300, repair cost I was asked to pay was $2800)

The service we got from the tech, Kelly, was beyond outstanding. There was an issue with the initial repair and Mr. Appliance stood behind it 100%. Kelly went way above and beyond to make sure everything worked with several follow-ups. Five stars are not enough to reflect the quality of service.

Very prompt response and service. Great follow through. Was originally told that it would take several days to order the parts but was contacted by the rep, Kelly, minutes after the tech left stating that they found the parts locally. The tech, Christopher Hawkins, was here the next day and completed the job. Both times the technicians showed up early in the given window of time and were very careful and clean while in my home.

My dishwasher was not filling up with water. It was getting hot and would drain but not fill but just some times. These guys came out and fixed my float switch in like 2 minutes. They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it super fast. Cost was much less than I was expecting. Awesome job guys.

Ken came to my home to repair my dishwasher. Scheduling an appointment was super easy online. The night before my appointment I received a text letting me know the 2-hour window he’d be arriving in. The day of the appointment I received another text letting me know he was in his way. Unfortunately the part needed for the repair was no longer available, but he came back to install the replacement! We’ll definitely be using Mr. Appliance again. Honest and reasonable.
