High Plains Renovation, Ltd.

I hired High Plains Renovation to replace my roof. What makes them stand apart from others is their customer service and communication. The owner (Dan) was very responsive, answered all of my questions, was very easy to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend High Plains Renovation.

Several shingles recently blew off of our roof. Dan made time to come look at our roof on the weekend, which we really appreciated with some snow on the way. Not only did he take a look at our whole roof and give us an honest assessment (only minor hail damage, not worth a claim, whew) he was able to make a repair for us the same day. We'll be keeping High Plains Renovation in mind the next time we need to have anybody look at our roof.

Even though we had a small job (repairing a gutter down sprout), Dan was more than willing to take the job. He was prompt and on time for both the estimate and the scheduled work day. Dan and his team were reliable and performed exceptional work! I had a deadline to meet because I sold my house and needed this done for closing. They started the project when they said they would, did a beautiful job and completed the project quicker than I would have ever expected!!! High Plains was very professional but work has been delayed as I have changed the parameters for the work site. He will stop by today to examine the work area and we will decide on whether to move forward. I can not evaluate the entire project as it has not been completed. Please contact me later. Very courteous, very prompt. He documented repair of two leaks with photos for me. No more leaks!

Of all the companies that came out, they were the only ones that actually looked in the attic. The other companies just looked up and told us the price.

Dan responded quickly. He is professional, fair and his prices were very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again (as a matter of fact, I will be contacting him for cleaning out the gutters). I recommend him without any reservations.

They did a real good job in a timely manner.

Everyone involved was very polite and professional. The installation crew showed up early (7:30), but the days was supposed to be hot. After the work was done the foreman said the owner would come out in a couple of days to inspect the work and to pay then. That was pleasant surprise, people making sure the work was done properly before expecting payment. The owner should up and answered all my questions and fully expected the work. I would definitely use them again.
